Delete your data

You can request deletion of your MAGIE HUB sign-in data or account at any time. The MAGIE Center team will verify account ownership before processing the request.

How to submit a request

  1. Email hello@magiehub.com from the address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject “MAGIE HUB data deletion request” and mention if you signed in with Facebook.
  3. Include the account email, or a link to your Facebook profile if no email is associated. Never send a password or verification code.
  4. We will verify the request, ask for additional confirmation if needed, remove or unlink the sign-in and account data where applicable, and confirm when it is processed.

What is deleted?

We delete account profile and Facebook sign-in data, or unlink it from the account when an account deletion is requested. A limited set of order or transaction records may be retained when needed for support or financial and legal obligations, with access restricted.

Disconnect Facebook

You can also remove MAGIE HUB from Apps and Websites in your Facebook account settings. Disconnecting through Facebook alone does not delete the account or order records held by MAGIE HUB; email us to request their deletion.
