Terms of Service
Welcome to MAGIE HUB, the MAGIE Center store for digital creative services and products. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Products and orders
Each product page describes the service scope, options, price, currency, estimated delivery, and included revisions, if any. Review those details before confirming an order. After submission, you receive an order number and summary. You can follow its status through your account or contact the team.
Accounts
Some services and free downloads require sign-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Pricing and payment
The price and currency appear before you confirm an order. The amount shown in the order summary when submitted applies. The website does not currently collect online payments; contact the MAGIE team on WhatsApp to arrange payment. Submitting an order does not mean payment was received or work has started. An order is marked paid only after the team confirms receipt in the admin area.
Production, delivery, and revisions
Work begins after payment is confirmed and we receive the information and materials needed. Any displayed delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by delays in providing materials, replies, or approvals. Revisions and deliverables follow the product description or order summary. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new price and timeline agreed with you.
Materials you provide and rights
You retain ownership of logos, images, text, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use and share them for your order, and grant the MAGIE Center team limited permission to use them to produce and deliver the work. After amounts due are paid, you may use final deliverables for the purpose described by the product and any license or restriction shown at purchase. Do not submit materials that infringe others’ rights, violate law, or contain information you are not entitled to share.
Cancellations and refunds
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and include its number. We review cancellation and refund requests based on whether production has started, work completed, product terms, and applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits a legal right that cannot be waived.
Acceptable use and service availability
Use the site and your account lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, upload harmful files, or submit misleading information. We may temporarily restrict access to protect customers and the service when we see signs of abuse. Features may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific commercial results from creative designs or content.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the store and services evolve. The current version is published here; the terms accepted when an order is placed apply to it, subject to statutory rights.
