Privacy Policy
MAGIE HUB respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we use when you browse the store, create an account, or place an order, and how we protect it and respond to your requests.
Information we handle
We collect what is reasonably needed to operate the store and deliver a service. This may include your name, email address, and available profile photo when you sign in with Google or Facebook, plus a phone number if you provide one or use it for verification. Basic Google sign-in does not provide us with your phone number. For an order, we may process the contact and billing details you enter, selected products, quantities and currency, order summary and status, and the messages, files, links, or comments you submit for the work.
Social sign-in
We use Google or Facebook information permitted by the sign-in screen to create or access your account and associate orders with it. We do not request Page or advertising permissions, sell this information, or use it for advertising. Facebook may not provide an email address for every account. X, Snapchat, and WhatsApp sign-in are not currently available.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, verify sign-ins, protect accounts, create and fulfill orders, deliver work, provide support, retain project files and notes you submit, understand store and product performance, improve site speed and usability, detect fraud and abuse, and limit attacks.
Payments and sharing
The website does not currently collect card details or process online payments. Customers contact the MAGIE team on WhatsApp to arrange payment; the team records the confirmed amount, currency, confirmation time, and available reference in the order record. Do not send card details or security codes in messages. We share information only as needed with hosting, operations, security, and storage providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or customer lists.
Visits and cookies
We may record the page visited, referring page, country or device category, campaign identifiers, and viewed product to understand store performance and improve it. We use cookies needed for sessions, security, language preference, and store functions. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or some order steps from working.
Storage, security, and retention
Operational information is stored in databases and hosting services with limited access, and connections are encrypted in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while needed for accounts, orders, support, and security or to meet legal and financial obligations, then delete it or reduce its link to you where possible.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and related information, subject to records we must retain for orders or legal requirements. We verify the requester’s identity before making changes to protect the account.
